To improve temperature accuracy, keep the watch measuring the contact area for over 15 minutes. You can place it in the air for ambient temperature or wear it on your wrist for wrist-skin temperature. Note that wrist-skin temperature is influenced by external factors and differs from core body temperature. These measurements are for reference only, not medically precise. Wrist-skin and ambient temperatures can only be measured separately, not simultaneously.
