Heavy usage scenario: Heart rate monitoring always on, measuring every minute; sleep monitoring enabled with 8 hours of breathing quality assessment; stress monitoring active; animated watch face selected; 150 notifications daily lighting up the display; receiving 3 call alerts each day; raising the wrist to check the time 100 times; testing blood oxygen levels 5 times daily; engaging in bright screen activities for 15 minutes daily; GPS used for 120 minutes weekly. Accuracy GPS Mode: Enable heart rate monitoring and GPS movement (dual-frequency, all satellites). Balanced GPS Mode: Enable heart rate monitoring and GPS movement (single frequency, GPS + Beidou). Power Saving GPS Mode: Enable heart rate monitoring and GPS exercise (single frequency, low power consumption GPS).
4. The low temperature mode is set to off by default and must be enabled in the watch settings. Once activated, if the watch's surface temperature drops below -10°C, it will automatically enter low temperature mode, limiting its functions during that time. Due to the characteristics of lithium batteries, watch performance in low temperature conditions may experience some decline. Battery longevity in ultra-low temperature environments can vary based on settings, usage conditions, and other elements, meaning actual outcomes might differ from laboratory results. Ultra-low temperature operation with GPS enabled (-10°C to -30°C): Wear the watch all day with a static watch face as it transitions into ultra-low temperature mode; raise your wrist to check the time 100 times; receive 150 push notifications each day; use the bright screen for 5 minutes daily; activate GPS tracking (dual frequency, all satellites). Ultra-low temperature operation with GPS disabled (-10°C to -30°C): Wear the watch all day with a static watch face as it shifts into ultra-low temperature mode; raise your wrist to check the time 100 times; receive 150 push notifications each day; use the bright screen for 5 minutes daily.
5. Indoor positioning services are not currently available. The accuracy and speed of positioning may be influenced by the surrounding environment. The watch can automatically connect to a maximum of two satellite systems simultaneously, and specific satellite connections may vary based on your location.
6. Retracing the direct path back to the journey's origin may not be a feasible option due to environmental factors; it is meant solely to assist you in locating your position concerning the starting point of your journey. The navigation features support these 18 sports modes: Outdoor running, Walking, Outdoor cycling, Climbing, Hiking, Cross-country skiing, Mountain biking, BMX, Outdoor boating, Bobsleigh and tobogganing, Sledding, Ski orienteering, Biathlon, Race walking, Snowshoeing, Trail running, Orienteering, Open water swimming.
7. The intelligent identification of strength training exercises includes: Bodyweight squats, Bodyweight straight arm front squats, Barbell squats, Tricep pushdowns, Bent over rows, Barbell bench press, Sit-up holds, Knee-touch sit-ups, Dumbbell flys, Burpees, Burpee jumps, Overhead tricep extensions, Lying tricep extensions, Lateral raises, Jumping jacks, Lat pulldowns, Deadlift, Push-up, Shoulder press, Pull up, Bicep curls, Seated cable rows, Dumbbell drag curls, Straight-arm pulldowns, Russian twists. If an exercise is not automatically recognized by the watch, the Zepp App can provide a selection of muscle groups or exercise names for you to choose from.
8. The supported training templates and interval training templates encompass: outdoor running, treadmill workouts, outdoor cycling, indoor cycling, pool swimming, rope skipping, rowing machine exercises, indoor fitness, core training, strength training, and stair climbing. Training templates must be established in the Zepp App, allowing for a maximum storage of 40 templates at a time; interval training can be configured directly on the watch.
9. Track Run mode and Smart Trajectory Correction are only compatible with running track lengths of 200 meters and 400 meters.
The accuracy and sensitivity of the workout recognition feature can vary from individual to individual, influenced by one’s posture and skill level during exercise. Short workout sessions or frequent changes in posture may fail to activate the automatic recognition function. Furthermore, during car rides, bus trips, or similar activities, there might be unintentional recognition if these actions closely mimic the chosen workout mode. In outdoor activities, if the GPS signal is weak or AGPS data has not been synchronized with the mobile device for a prolonged time, such pursuits may be mistakenly identified as indoor workouts.
11. In line with the ISO 22810:2010 standard, the Amazfit T-Rex 2 features a rating of 10 ATM, which allows for water resistance up to 100 meters. This makes it suitable for splashes, snow, showers, swimming, and certain high-speed water sports. The watch has successfully undergone third-party testing by SWQC, bearing report number SWT2204-36. It is recommended to remove the watch during hot showers or sauna sessions, as excessive steam may compromise the seal and diminish future water resistance. When swimming, it's best to avoid wearing a leather or metal strap; instead, opt for a fluoroelastomer strap or another suitable alternative. 12. Continuous monitoring of heart rate and blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) should be activated in the Zepp App. For heart rate tracking, users must enable the Auto Heart Rate Monitor within the app, with a minimum interval set to 1 minute. Notifications for abnormal heart rates and the designated threshold must also be configured in the Zepp App. To assess blood oxygen saturation (SpO2), ensure that the watch is worn snugly about one finger's width away from the wrist, keeping the arm steady for optimal results. SpO2 alerts will activate if the measured rate falls below the designated threshold, which must be set in the Zepp App, with a minimum standard of 80%. Factors such as movement, environmental conditions, and personal characteristics can influence both the speed and precision of monitoring and measurement. The watch or Zepp App should have 24-hour stress level monitoring enabled. Alerts for elevated stress levels are determined by the preset thresholds, and reminders for breathing exercises need to be activated on the watch.
13. This product and the Zepp App are not medical devices and should not be utilized for medical purposes or as a foundation for diagnosing any health condition. The detection results are for reference only. If you feel unwell, please seek advice from a qualified medical institution.
14. To ensure accurate one-tap measurements and manual metric readings, please wear the watch snugly, allowing a gap of about one finger-width from your wrist, and keep your arm steady for optimal results. Any movement, along with environmental and physical factors, may influence the speed and accuracy of monitoring and measurement.
15. When you reach elevations exceeding 3,000 meters, your watch will notify you to conduct a blood-oxygen saturation test if you've climbed more than 400 meters in the last 24 hours; at heights above 4,000 meters, it will prompt you to take the test after an elevation gain of over 400 meters within 6 hours.
The HUNT Fitness Study reveals that individuals sustaining a PAI score of 100 or above exhibit a reduced risk of hypertension, heart disease, and type-2 diabetes. Directed by Professor Ulrik Wisloff from the Faculty of Medicine at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, this comprehensive research spanned over 35 years and included more than 230,000 participants. To benefit from this feature, continuous heart rate monitoring must be activated.
17. Sleep monitoring can track nighttime rest and naps longer than 20 minutes. To activate Sleep Breathing Quality tracking, it must be enabled either in the Zepp App or within the watch’s Sleep feature settings.
18. Kindly be aware that the availability of models may differ based on your location.
