Exchange and Return Policy
Consumer Rights
Customers are entitled to exchange or return non-food items purchased from our store if the product does not meet their needs in terms of shape, size, style, color, or other reasons that prevent its intended use. An exchange or return of goods in satisfactory condition can be initiated within five calendar days, excluding the date of purchase.
For mobile phones, the device must be brand new and meet the following conditions to be eligible for return:
- The original box is opened, but the phone and other accessories (charger, protective bumper, etc.) remain unused.
- All factory seals and protective films must remain intact and undamaged, without any signs of removal or reattachment.
- The product must include the complete original packaging and accessories, with the charging cable and other items unopened.
Please note:
- Devices with removed films or seals are not eligible for return.
- Lack of 5G functionality in your area is not a valid reason for return. Information regarding 5G compatibility can be found in the product description.
Terms of Exchange/Return
Eligible Conditions:
- If the phone is defective and has been diagnosed with a manufacturing defect, it may be returned even with an opened box.
- The phone was not used and remains in brand-new condition.
- The original presentation, including seals, labels, and protective films, is fully preserved.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Headphones once opened or used.
- Original accessories for mobile devices if the original packaging has been opened.
- Mobile phones or accessories showing signs of use, removed factory films or seals, or any damage to the product's packaging or presentation.
Products of Inadequate Quality
Items deemed defective must undergo diagnostics at an authorized service center. Based on the service center's findings, a decision will be made regarding the possibility of returning or exchanging the product.
Return and Exchange Timelines:
- Goods in satisfactory condition that meet all return criteria can be returned or exchanged within 14–20 days from the purchase date.
- Defective goods require diagnostics within 3 days to 1 month. Following the diagnostic report, a decision will be made regarding return or exchange eligibility.
Refund Terms and Process
Refund Procedure:
- Refunds will be processed within 1–5 business days following the approval of the return request.
- A courier will collect the item from the address provided by the customer.
