For accurate measurements at the click of a button, wear the watch snugly one finger's width above your wrist, and ensure that your arm remains still. Movement, environment, and physical characteristics can affect the accuracy of monitoring and measurement.
To obtain accurate measurements of blood oxygen levels SpO2, wear the watch snugly about one finger's width above your wrist and keep your arm steady. Enable SpO2 monitoring throughout the day either from the watch or the Zepp app. Set SpO2 alerts to trigger if levels drop below a predetermined value, usually set at 80% in the Zepp app. Note that various factors such as movement and environment can affect monitoring accuracy.
To activate the 24-hour heart rate monitoring feature, users must enable the automatic heart rate monitor in the Zepp app, and they can set the minimum value to 1 minute. Configure notifications for abnormal heart rates and the preset value within the Zepp app.
The HUNT study on fitness indicates that individuals with a PAI score of 100 or higher have a lower risk of developing hypertension, heart disease, and type 2 diabetes. This study was conducted under the supervision of Professor Ulrik Wisløff at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology's School of Medicine and spanned over 35 years with the participation of more than 230,000 subjects. It is essential to enable heart rate monitoring throughout the day to take advantage of this benefit.
Sleep monitoring records nighttime sleep and naps lasting more than 20 minutes. Nighttime sleep includes any sleep between 10 PM and 8 AM or within a 60-minute window before or after this period. Naps are recorded if they occur outside these times and do not overlap with nighttime sleep for 60 minutes.
Stress level monitoring should be activated 24 hours a day on the watch or in the Zepp app. Alerts for high stress levels are determined by a specific value, and reminders for breathing exercises should be enabled on the watch.
The accuracy and sensitivity of the exercise recognition feature vary among users and are influenced by posture and proficiency level during the workout. Brief or varied postures may not trigger automatic recognition. Engaging in activities such as driving or using public transport may inadvertently activate recognition if they resemble the selected exercise. Weak GPS signals or unsynchronized AGPS data during outdoor activities may classify them as indoor activities.
Swimming techniques include the recognition of freestyle, breaststroke, butterfly, backstroke, and relay patterns.
Indoor location services are not available. The accuracy and speed of location determination may vary based on the surrounding environment.
The default setting is compatible only with outdoor running and treadmill running modes.

Typical scenario: Continuous monitoring of heart rate every 10 minutes, active tracking of sleep; receiving 200 notifications daily; checking the time by raising the wrist 100 times; making Bluetooth calls for 15 minutes and listening to music for 30 minutes weekly; testing blood oxygen levels 5 times a day; using a bright screen for 5 minutes; exercising 3 times a week for 30 minutes each, including 30-minute GPS rounds; voice assistant deactivated.
Activate power-saving mode on the watch to disable Bluetooth, heart rate monitoring, and other features, while tracking only steps and basic sleep data.
Intensive usage includes continuous heart rate monitoring every minute, enabling sleep and stress tracking, receiving 150 notifications daily, checking the time by raising the wrist 100 times, making calls via Bluetooth, and playing music for 60 minutes weekly, testing blood oxygen levels 5 times a day, using the voice assistant offline, executing bright screen operations for a total of 15 minutes, exercising 3 times a week with GPS activated for 30 minutes, and activating the voice assistant.
Use the GPS system and monitor your heart rate for up to 35 hours to track your workouts.
The music storage capacity reaches 2.3GB (although the user-available space may be less due to system requirements), allowing for the storage of approximately 270-470 songs in MP3 format based on an average size ranging from 5-10MB per song.
The automatic lock feature must be manually configured in the clock settings.
To obtain more accurate temperature readings from the watch sensor, allow it to measure the contact area for over 15 minutes. Place the watch in the air to gauge the ambient temperature or wear it on your wrist to track the skin temperature of your wrist. Note that the skin temperature of the wrist may fluctuate due to external factors and can differ from the core body temperature. These measurements are informative, not medical; you cannot measure wrist skin temperature and environmental temperature simultaneously, only individually.
The Wi-Fi technology is limited to streaming music from your smartphone to the watch.
